How early should our church reserve event rentals?
We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for popular spring dates, VBS celebrations, fall festivals, holiday events and other high-demand weekends. Early planning also gives your team more time to coordinate the property, activities and event schedule.
Can you help us choose rentals for children, teens and adults?
Yes. Share your expected attendance and age ranges with us. We can help you think through separate activity zones and a balanced mix of attractions for your church event.
Do you offer rentals for large church festivals?

Can a tax-exempt church place an order?

How does delivery and setup work?

What works well for Vacation Bible School?
Interactive games, obstacle courses and, in warm weather, water slides are popular for VBS days.
Can you set up for a fall festival with several stations?
Yes. Many festivals combine several activities with concessions, tents and tables. Tell us your layout and attendance.
Do you offer special pricing for churches?
We don't have a separate church pricing program. Request a quote and we'll price your event based on the rentals you choose.
Is every inflatable right for our campus?
Not always. Space, surface, power and your church's rules all matter. We'll help you choose what fits.
Can we book for more than one day?
Multi-day rentals are available. Pricing is shown during booking or on your quote.
Can volunteers supervise the equipment?
Yes, adult volunteers can supervise. Our crew walks them through the safety rules at setup, and event staff are available as an option.
Do you provide insurance certificates?
Yes, we're Fully Insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Do we need power near the setup area?
At checkout we ask whether adequate power is available within 50 ft of the setup area. Inflatables generally need a dedicated 115-volt, 20-amp outlet for each blower or motor, and needs differ by equipment. If power isn't available, generator options are handled during booking.
Can you set up in our parking lot?
Some rentals can go on hard surfaces. Let us know the surface when you request a quote.
Are rentals cleaned before our event?
Yes. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
What if it rains on the day of our outreach?
Equipment must not be operated in unsafe weather such as high or gusty winds, lightning or thunderstorms. Limits differ by equipment, and our crew may require shutdown if conditions become unsafe. Contact us to discuss your options.
