Good attraction planning starts with who's coming (little kids, older kids, families, adults), how long the gates are open and how much space you have. We supply and set up the rental attractions; your organizing team runs the wider festival.

Festival layout
Group attractions by age so younger kids aren't next to the most active games. Leave room for lines, walkways and emergency access, and keep concessions and seating close to the busiest areas. Share a site map with us and we'll confirm each attraction's footprint.
Throughput and attendants
Lines move faster when each attraction has a dedicated attendant. Event staff are available as a service; how many you need depends on your attractions and schedule.
Power
At checkout we ask whether adequate power is available within 50 ft of the setup area. Inflatables generally need a dedicated 115-volt, 20-amp outlet for each blower or motor, and needs differ by equipment. If power isn't available, generator options are handled during booking.
Venue & insurance
Parks, schools and public properties often have their own rules and insurance requirements. We're Fully Insured and can provide a certificate of insurance — send us the venue's requirements early.
Delivery & setup
Setup for several attractions takes time. Tell us when the site opens to vendors, where our trucks can access it and when teardown can begin. Delivery charges depend on your event, order and location, and are shown during booking or on your quote.
Weather
Equipment must not be operated in unsafe weather such as high or gusty winds, lightning or thunderstorms. Limits differ by equipment, and our crew may require shutdown if conditions become unsafe. Build a weather plan into your festival schedule.

No. We provide, deliver and set up rental attractions and related services. Your organizing team manages the overall festival.
Which attractions keep lines moving?

How many attendants do we need?
It depends on the attractions and schedule. Event staff are available — we'll recommend coverage when we quote.
Can attractions go on a parking lot or field?
Many can, depending on the equipment and surface. Tell us the surface for each area.
Our festival site has no power. What then?
Generators are available. The number needed depends on the equipment you choose and is worked out during booking.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for the city or venue?
Yes. We're Fully Insured and can provide a certificate — send the venue's requirements.
How early can you set up before gates open?
Setup timing is planned with you and confirmed in writing. Let us know when vendors can access the site.
Can we run attractions into the evening?
Tell us your hours when you request a quote. Some sites have lighting or noise rules, so check with your venue too.
Do you have festival packages?
