Our standard
Safety & cleaning
Parents and school coordinators ask us two things first: is it clean, and is it safe. Here is exactly how we handle both.
Every rental, every event
Our six-point process
Cleaned after every event
Units are wiped down, washed and fully dried before they are rolled and stored.
Sanitized before delivery
High-touch surfaces are sanitized again on delivery day so equipment arrives ready for kids.
Inspected for wear
Seams, stitching, netting, blowers and cords are checked before each rental goes out.
Anchored to the surface
Stakes on grass, sandbags on hard surfaces. We confirm your setup surface before arrival.
Setup walkthrough
We show you the blower, safety rules and shutdown steps before we leave.
Fully insured
Insurance certificates are available for schools, HOAs, parks and venues on request.
On setup day
Setup inspection & walkthrough
When we arrive, our crew checks the setup area and surface before installing anything. We anchor each item with stakes, sandbags or other methods suited to the surface, test it, and adjust the setup when needed for safety. If a site isn't safe for setup, we won't install the equipment there.
Before we leave, we walk the responsible adult through the equipment: how to turn it on and off, capacity and use rules, and what to do if conditions change.
During your event
Safe operation
- Keep a responsible adult supervising whenever equipment is in use.
- Follow the capacity, age and size rules we give you and any posted on the equipment.
- Keep food, drinks, gum, shoes, sharp objects and silly string off and away from inflatables.
- Keep entrances and exits clear, and keep the blower and cords free of obstructions.
- No flips, rough play or climbing on walls and netting.
- Stop use right away if anything looks wrong — a loose anchor, a deflating unit or an injury.
Your part during the rental
After setup and the walkthrough, the customer or event representative is responsible for supervising the equipment and making sure everyone follows the operating and safety instructions we provided until we pick it up. If you have any safety concern, stop use and contact us.
Weather
Wind, lightning & weather awareness
Equipment must not be operated outside the manufacturer's safety limits or in unsafe weather — including high or gusty winds, lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain or severe-weather alerts. Limits can differ by equipment, so follow the instructions we give you for your rentals.
If conditions become unsafe, stop use, have everyone exit, and turn the equipment off. Our crew decides whether conditions allow safe delivery, setup and continued use, and we may require equipment to be shut down or not used.
