What makes an event “large”
It isn't a single number. An event becomes complex when you need several rentals that share space, power and staff, on a schedule. That's true for a community celebration, a school-wide day, an organization event or a big private gathering.
Plan the mix of activities
Count your expected guests by age group, decide how long each person might stay, and choose enough activities that no one attraction becomes the bottleneck.
Create activity zones
Separate zones for younger kids, older kids and adults keep play safer and guest flow smoother. Put seating, shade and concessions between zones so families can regroup.
Setup footprint
Each rental has its own footprint plus clearance around it. Add walkways and queue space, then compare the total to your site. We'll confirm the footprints when we quote.
Guest flow
Place entrances, restrooms, food and the busiest activities so crowds spread out instead of bunching in one area.

Electrical planning
List every rental that needs power and where it will sit. Check the actual rental's electrical requirements and outlet distance; checkout uses the listed distance, with a 50 ft fallback. Blowers remain powered throughout use. Separate sockets on one circuit are not separate circuits. Confirm other equipment loads with MJT; inflatable generator calculations do not cover every powered machine or staffed experience.

Larger setups often run smoother with attendants at each activity. Event staff are available as a service; the right coverage depends on your rentals and schedule.
Delivery & scheduling
Multi-piece deliveries need clear truck access, a setup window before guests arrive and a teardown window afterward. Share your full event timeline. Delivery charges depend on your event, order and location, and are shown during booking or on your quote.
Venue requirements & insurance
Your venue or property may have rules about placement, surfaces, hours and insurance. We're Fully Insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Weather planning
Equipment must not be operated in unsafe weather such as high or gusty winds, lightning or thunderstorms. Limits differ by equipment, and our crew may require shutdown if conditions become unsafe. For big events, decide ahead of time who makes the call and how you'll communicate it.

How do we know how many activities we need?
Start with expected guests, their ages and how long they'll stay. We'll use that to suggest a mix so lines stay manageable.
Is there a maximum event size you can handle?
It depends on equipment availability for your date. Request a quote early so we can check what's available.
Can you help us lay out activity zones?
Yes. Send a site map or describe the space and we'll recommend placement based on each rental's footprint.
How is power planned for several rentals?
Each rental's power needs are reviewed during booking. Where outlets aren't available, generators can be added.
Do you provide attendants for every attraction?
Event staff are available as a service. We'll recommend coverage based on your rentals and schedule.
How long does setup take for a large order?
It varies with the number and type of rentals and the site. We'll plan a setup window with you and confirm it in writing.
Do you provide full event production?
No. We provide rental equipment, delivery, setup and related services like event staff. Stages, sound and similar production are outside what we offer.
Can we mix booking online and quoted items?
Some experiences are quoted separately. For multi-attraction events, requesting a single quote is usually simplest.
Can you provide insurance documentation?
Yes. We're Fully Insured and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
What if our venue has special rules?
Your venue's rules always apply. Share them with us early so we can plan around them.
What happens if weather affects a large event?

Confirm the actual event scope
Delivery, installation and anchoring apply to equipment that requires them. Table and chair placement and breakdown are separate services; check the actual reservation inclusions. Staff duties, stations and time windows must be agreed separately, not inferred from an available equipment date.
Layout and power
Allow 10 ft of horizontal clearance outside an inflatable or connected group; do not add it between attached sports games. Keep seating, queues and walkways separate. Confirm overall dimensions, any stricter minimums, gate access and overhead clearance with MJT; a listed footprint alone is not setup approval. Schedule and approval
Choose the dates and times you need to use the equipment. Delivery and pickup are scheduled separately around your event and the route. Complimentary early delivery or later pickup is not guaranteed; purchased overnight, weekend and multi-day options apply only where the booking controls offer them. Hourly services keep their own timing. Send your event date, full venue address, exact legal certificate-holder name and address, deadline, recipient email and the venue's written insurance requirements. Tell us separately if additional-insured status or an endorsement is requested; a certificate holder is not automatically an additional insured. MJT must confirm what can be supplied and when. No universal approval or turnaround is promised.
