Questions for parks, schools and community venues
Ask whether inflatables and wet-use attractions are allowed; whether the chosen vendor must be approved; which insurance documents are required; and whether your event needs permits or written permission. Confirm power, water, permitted setup surfaces and any restrictions on stakes, alternative anchoring or vehicle access.
Keep permissions and logistics together
Before finalizing your rental, confirm your reserved area, setup and pickup access times, guest/event schedule, and any inspections the authority says apply. Give MJT the venue's actual requirements rather than relying on rules from a different city or event.
Who arranges permissions?
MJT's rental agreement places permit responsibility with the renter unless MJT agrees otherwise in writing. Review the agreement for your event and contact MJT about documentation requests. A rental reservation is not venue or government approval.
