Millers Jump Time Raincheck Policy

Weather happens — and we plan for it. This Raincheck Policy explains how cancellations work for bounce house rentals, water slide rentals, obstacle courses, interactive games, tents, and table & chair rentals across St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Orlando, and Lake Nona.

What if the Weather Is Not in My Favor and I Need to Cancel?

Do not worry — Millers Jump Time Entertainment has you covered! We are sorry that your event needed to be cancelled. Please know that your Raincheck will remain on file, good for up to 2 years from your cancellation date.

Cancellation Timing

  • If your cancellation request is more than 7 days from your event: Millers Jump Time Entertainment will gladly refund the balance you paid except for the deposit. (Please note: Deposits are non-refundable).
  • If your cancellation request is within 7 days of your event: we will provide two options regarding the payment already made on your behalf.

Important note: Deposits are nonrefundable. (If any wording conflicts with this note, the “deposits are nonrefundable” rule applies.)

Option 1
Transfer Full Payment to Your Next Event

Millers Jump Time Entertainment will hold onto the full payment and transfer those funds into your next event. With this option, we are happy to schedule your next event and keep the pricing of your original invoice the same. This helps you if the cost of the equipment is raised in the near future.

In conclusion: the rescheduled event will be paid in full if the location and equipment remain the same as the original invoice.

Option 2
50/50 Split Refund

Millers Jump Time Entertainment will retain half of the payment already made, then refund you the other half. You will not be quoted the same price as your original invoice in the rescheduled event and may pay more if the cost of the equipment is higher in the future.

How to Redeem Your Raincheck

We look forward to you rescheduling at your convenience. Your raincheck can be redeemed in one of two ways:

Book Online & Request the Raincheck

Place an order online by visiting our website millersjumptime.com. Pay the minimum balance required, then reply to the emailed confirmation we send and ask our team to apply the raincheck. We will resend a new receipt once the raincheck is applied.

Call Our Office & We’ll Apply It for You

Call our office and we can happily place the new order for you and apply the raincheck at that time. We recommend this option because our website may not recognize you and may not apply the raincheck automatically. Don’t worry — our team has a copy of your raincheck via files and online to make sure it is applied.
