Beyond a single game
Make your ChampionsGate indoor gathering its own arcade night
01
A game lineup for your group stay
Ask what games are already inside the home and which indoor room is available for additional equipment. For a family reunion, choose a mix your group wants to play instead of relying only on the property's amenity list. Shared resort amenities are not permission to deliver rentals to a home or clubhouse.
02
Gated-property celebrations
Get the outside-vendor policy and the approved entrance from the property manager. Tell MJT who will meet the team and how gate access works. Do not use guest access instructions as a substitute for delivery permission, and do not assume every property in the community has the same process.
03
Community & corporate game nights
For HOA activities or company gatherings, confirm a dedicated indoor room and its furniture layout. Plan an optional high-score challenge alongside food and conversation. The clubhouse operator must approve equipment placement and access, even if another organizer has approved the event.
Local planning
Arrange the property's access before the games
The ChampionsGate name describes the area, not a single venue operator. Your home owner, rental manager or association controls permissions for the particular property. MJT delivers from St. Cloud and has no ChampionsGate branch office; neither a community name nor a development planning record guarantees vendor approval or delivery eligibility.
- Get permission from the operator of the exact home, meeting room or clubhouse.
- Confirm the approved vendor entrance and gate procedure with a property contact.
- Choose an indoor / gym floor area; a covered patio or pool enclosure is not an indoor room.
- Review cabinet access and outlets before confirming your lineup.

Check your event location
Use the exact event ZIP, not just the area name. A coverage check does not confirm property permission, cabinet access or availability for your date.
Indoor means indoors
All arcade games require an Indoor / gym floor setup. Keep outdoor celebrations and pool areas separate from the arcade room. Call our St. Cloud team to review access or help choose games.

How much do arcade game rentals cost in ChampionsGate?
Current catalog base rentals start at $99. Each card and product page shows the current rental price. Your selected schedule, equipment, tax and applicable checkout charges determine the final total; the catalog price is not an all-inclusive delivered quote.
Can you deliver arcade games to ChampionsGate?
We deliver to eligible properties and venues from St. Cloud. Check the exact event ZIP and provide the full address and equipment access details during booking. Property permission and indoor setup are required; a city name alone does not guarantee service to every address.
Does ChampionsGate clubhouse access mean I can bring rented arcade games?
No. Amenity access and permission for outside equipment are different. Ask the operator of your actual room or property about vendors, event use, loading and arcade placement. We do not claim a resort or property-management partnership, and all deliveries require eligible locations and indoor setup.
Can an arcade rental go under a tent or on a covered patio?
No. Every Arcade Game Rental is Indoor Use Only. Only an Indoor / gym floor setup qualifies. Tents, covered patios, pool decks, grass and outdoor hard surfaces do not qualify; a generator never changes this restriction.
Which games should I choose for children and adults?
Browse the actual titles and descriptions below, then consider your guests' interests and the organizer's age and content guidelines. Classic, sports and racing games provide different types of play; not every title is suitable for every audience. Ask MJT if you want help selecting the lineup.
What do I need to confirm about space and power?
Review each product's listed dimensions, setup space and power requirements. Measure the narrowest door, hallway and turn on the delivery route; disclose stairs or elevators. Confirm indoor outlets with the venue. Do not assume every cabinet has identical measurements or that a listing is a site approval.
How do I reserve an arcade game?
Set your event date and times with Check Availability, choose a machine and open its existing product page. Select its approved indoor setup and follow the normal reservation steps. Browsing, checking a ZIP or viewing available games does not reserve equipment.
