Event ideas
Make room for the whole Lake Nona community
For an amenity-lawn event, permission and access are as important as the attraction. Work with your community or property manager on a practical layout before choosing your date.
01
HOA amenity celebration
Check the association's approval process for outside equipment and wet activities. Confirm how a delivery vehicle may reach the planned setup location.
02
School festival
Give the activity its own queue and supervised space. Share school access arrangements instead of relying on the public entrance used by guests.
03
Office community day
Ask the property manager where an outdoor dunk tank can go and how water and drainage will be handled. Keep the activity away from building entrances.
Local planning
HOA permission and Orlando-area venue rules
A Lake Nona community lawn, private office site and City of Orlando park do not share one approval process. Identify the person who manages your exact property. Association permission does not establish permission at a city venue, or vice versa.
- Confirm community approval for the dunk tank in writing.
- Ask about delivery gates, vehicle access and the site's setup window.
- Agree on a water-source and drainage plan with the property operator.

Lake Nona dunk tank rental questions
How much is a dunk tank rental in Lake Nona?
The current one-day base rental starts at $285. Your exact event address, rental duration, tax and selected options determine the final checkout total. This is not an all-inclusive delivered price.
Can MJT deliver a dunk tank to Lake Nona?
We serve qualifying Lake Nona event locations from St. Cloud. Check the actual event ZIP below, then enter the full address when booking. Some locations require review; a city name alone does not guarantee delivery.
Is Lake Nona treated as its own city for delivery?
No. Lake Nona is an Orlando-area community. MJT's delivery coverage follows the exact event ZIP and address, while the property's operator determines its event rules.
What space and access should I plan for in Lake Nona?
Share your proposed setup spot, surface and the narrowest gate or access path with MJT. Our catalog does not currently publish a verified footprint or gate-width measurement for this tank, so contact us for an equipment-specific review rather than using another company's dimensions. Keep the target, queue and spectators separate from other activities.
Do I need a water source, and who fills the tank?
Arrange the water-source and drainage plan with your venue and MJT before the event. Confirm who provides the hose and handles filling; those equipment-specific details are not currently published in our catalog. Do not assume water, a hose or a filling service is included in the base price.
When should I reserve for my Lake Nona event?
Check your preferred date as soon as your location and venue permission are settled. Availability is date-specific, and viewing this page does not reserve the tank. Use the existing product calendar or call us if you need help with your timing.
How do I book, and what safety rules apply?
Open the Dunk Tank Rental product, choose your event schedule and follow the existing checkout. Confirm participant limits, supervision and operating instructions with MJT before the event; no age, weight or capacity limits should be inferred from the photograph. Delivery does not imply that an event attendant is included.
